Our management team has over 50 years of combined Real Estate history.   We have been responsible for a multitude of land acquisitions and have developed over 1000 finished lots in the north Texas area. In addition to land development, our new home construction companies have overseen the build and sale of over 1000 single family homes. Our reputation for attention to detail and best in class delivery of products is well known in the real estate community, HOAs, and planning and zoning boards throughout the Dallas/ Ft. Worth metroplex. 

Managers on our team also have held executive positions with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and Federal Asset Disposition Association (FADA). Our team consists of honest, successful and driven entrepreneurs at heart which helps drive results and successes.
